Information We MAY Collect
In limited circumstances, we may collect:
- License Key Verification: When you activate a Pro license, we verify the key with our server. This only involves the license key itself, no personal data.
- Anonymous Usage Statistics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated statistics like total installations (provided by Chrome Web Store) to improve the extension.
- Error Reports: If the extension crashes, Chrome may send anonymous error reports. This contains no personal data.
3. How Your Data is Stored
All your snippets and saved content are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API.
What does "local storage" mean?
Your data is saved directly on your computer, within Chrome's secure storage. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

- Clearing browser data will delete your snippets
- We recommend regular backups using the Export feature
4. Permissions Explained
The extension requires certain Chrome permissions to function. Here's why:

Paddle (Payment Processing)
When you purchase a Pro license, the payment is handled by Paddle. We never see or store your payment details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
Chrome Web Store
The extension is distributed through Google's Chrome Web Store. Google may collect installation statistics and crash reports as per their policies.
ChatGPT / OpenAI
The extension interacts with ChatGPT's user interface. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, and this extension does not access OpenAI's APIs or services directly.

Access Your Data
View all your saved snippets anytime through the extension dashboard.
Export Your Data
Export all your snippets in JSON, CSV, or Markdown format for backup or migration.
Delete Your Data
Delete individual snippets or clear all data using the "Clear All" option in the dashboard.
Uninstall
Uninstalling the extension will remove all extension data from your browser.
Remember to export your snippets before uninstalling if you want to keep them!
7. Data Security
We take security seriously:
- Local Storage: Your data stays on your device, reducing exposure to online threats
- No Server Storage: We don't store your snippets on any server
